She is unambiguous, as you can see below, about the legislature in general and this law specifically. #ncpol #ncga

It's hard not to read this opinion as just bashing the SCOTUS decision in Shelby v. Holder that neutered the VRA. #ncpol

She mentions that case 9 times, and in addition to that screenshot above, she mentions the VRA more than a dozen times, in sections like this one:

I don't think I've seen a Republican politician yet refer to Judge Biggs without making sure to note she's "unelected" or an Obama appointee. So I'm surprised I haven't seen the "activist judge" critique as much, given all that⬆️
