50 Fellows are selected each year through a 3 layer competitive and transparent process. Selection is not as per political affiliation or ideology. Most of us took +60% pay-cuts to join the government in a hope to create impact. Fellows have contributed tremendously.Examples: 2/8

Fellows' only agenda was to develop the State by bringing in fresh ideas. Our only ideology was development. We had no vested interests, only lots of energy. Fellows will go back to their Corporate jobs but it is the State and youth that will suffer. 6/8

Fellowship isn't about "private people" running the State. It is about youngsters, with professional experience in the corporate sector, bringing in a new perspective and helping Maharashtra WIN. We love our State and our country and search for such programs to give back 7/8
I request the new Government to continue the CM Fellowship program - change the name if you will. I can assure you @AUThackeray & @OfficeofUT , CM Fellows and young blood is good for Maharashtra. Our generation just needs an avenue to contribute. Jai Hind. Jai #Maharashtra. 8/8
