Dal Khalsa is banned Organisation in India & Khalsa aid is sponsored and hosted from UK. Ordinary Sikhs in Punjab or Delhi has nothing to do with bigoted & apologetic Khalistanis alike in Canada & UK. Thats why they have failed thus far to ignite separatism in Punjab.
See a lot commentary on Assi Hinduan no Bachaya si type. Well no one can claim to have saved Sanatam Dharma, everyone played their role including Sikh Gurus to Maratha warriors in fighting the tyranny or oppression of the Mughal empire. Yet see a lot of ppl mocking it.
Fact remains when Mughal Empire was at its peak & when Bhakti movement was launched it was coz Hindu society was totally divided on Caste lines in India & there was disunity among local rulers which lead to foreigners getting to establish kingdom here & oppress the local people.
Guru Nanak started that movement to rid people of that Caste Sytem despite himself being from a hindu family i.e. Mehta in Talwandi. That movement gained momentum and united a lot section of Hindu society specially those were oppressed & neglected ones. These are facts.
Guess not many have read about Guru Nanak & other gurus, the concept of langar & Sarbat da Bhala which is akin Sarve Bhavantu Sukhina in Hindu Dharma. Have read n no of stories on how Gurus resisted the brutality of Mughal Emperors and challenged them from time to time.
Later 5th Guru Arjun Dev was brutually crucified by Emperor Jahangir & thereon Guru Har Rai onwards they took to Arms to defend their faith & as well as millions of others who could not pose that resistance. Guru Tegh Bahadur saved Kashmiri Pandits reason known Hind di Chadar.
No one in India atleast i have not seen anyone say we saved Hindus. Absolutely not Sanatan can not be saved or extinguished by anyone. Adi Shankracharya has the biggest role in reviving Sanatam Dharma in Hind. Bhakti Movement began as social reform & provided resistance later.
Everyone played their part in resisting the oppression of Islamic Empires in India with so many unaccounted warriors who gave their life for thier faith. Thankfully Sikh History has been fully documented & read so in my early Punjabi school books but NCERT Books is whitewashed.
This jeering & mockery by some is a low life attempt only shows myopic view of some which deserves to be called out. We are equally proud Indians & our roots are equally sanatanis. We are proud to descendants of a warrior force i.e. Khalsa Panth launched by Guru Gobind Singh.
And no Dal Khalsa & Khalsa Aid do not represent the views of the community in India. So we can stop equating them, the answer to ur question is self evident as despite efforts Punjab has never retruned back to 80s and there is no history of enmity between Sikhs & Hindus 4 600 yrs
