We teach people about the importance of eating healthy.

In month 2 we help people to start developing the habit of exercising and getting in motion. We cannot outrun a poor diet. Clean eating habits come first and exercise is used to keep us on a healthy lifestyle.

Aiming to exercise 3-4 times a week, 30-45 minutes sessions.
