Von der Leyen: transition is very, very tight, it is impossible to negotiate all the issues. We'll have to prioritize so long as we face the deadline of Dec 2020.
We need to tackle first of all those topics where we at the end of the year, when we're running out of time we will not have an intl agreement or something to fall back on, only a hard exit. which would not be good for the UK or good for the EU
I'm convinced that for all the fields this is HUGE what we have to negotiate. Net, 9-10 months at most, because it has to be ratified. It's a question of priorities we will have to set.
