1. Why is Trump @WhiteHouse refusing to follow the law and tell Congress what the specifics of their claim of imminent threat was? Because they are making it all up. It appears that they formed a criminal conspiracy to commit a murder of a foreign official. Now it's a cover up.

2. At the time @POTUS @realDonaldTrump @robertcobrien @SecPompeo @Mike_Pence did it they could have changed the EO to make it lawful. My guess is that the @WhiteHouse and @TheJusticeDept lawyers are incompetent and failed to realize that they needed to fix the EO.

3. They all signed off and as part of a @Trump @GOP political act, agreed to commit murder. They tasked @EsperDoD who likely leaned from his Chief of Staff it was illegal (note recent resignation). The order went out and they took the shot.

4. Everything since then has been to cover up the crime. What should we do? Find out the details of the decision making. Who was involved? What paper was created. They should have had a finding that would detail the threat. Where is that?

5. When a finding is issued one copy goes to the AG. Subpoena Barr to produce it. Then vote him in contempt and vote articles to impeach him. Hold that trial before Trump. These people are working with Turkey that is Al-Qaeda. That makes them all traitors. Show them no quarter.

6. Where does it say in US law that the President can kill a foreign leader? It doesn't. We have evolved procedures using EOs that work within the framework of the National Security Act to give @POTUS power to act. But @POTUS has to follow the Executive branch rules. He didn't.

@POTUS 7. IMO @FBIWFO has a duty to obtain the evidence surrounding the murder of the people in Iraq. We didn't just murder Soleimani. We killed two cars full of people. Who were they? Were any not IRGC or Hez? There was no imminent threat as is obvious from the administration lies

8. and refusal to disclose the fabricated imminent threat to Congress. EO 12,333 has the force of law over the Executive Branch. @FBI must find out who was involved. Were members of the @SenateGOP co-conspirators? Who? What are the facts. Haul @LindseyGrahamSC in to question.
