When people apologize, I give them credit. I think you have to; if we don't, we create a world in which no one apologizes because doing so changes nothing and is never acknowledged. So I've a lot of words to say about Collins, including about this thread, but won't say them here.
PS/ The response to tweets like this is always the same: "No, he doesn't deserve *any* credit, to get *credit* he'd have had to [X]...."

PS2/ Way more people read Twitter than watch Fox News. *Way* more. If your argument is that Fox News viewers don't read Twitter or Collins "buried this" by putting it on Twitter...well...I think my earlier point (which is about me, too, and how I react to things) is being made...
