1. Benny Gantz has spent the last year trying to ruin Benjamin Netanyahu.  That’s his entire purpose as he’s a chameleon on policy.  And he even partners with Arab parties that don’t accept the state of Israel.
2. Gantz is promoted by the liberal Israeli media. Gantz also wants the PM prosecuted and imprisoned on utterly bogus allegations.  It’s all so disgraceful.
3. I’m sure Israel’s enemies in Iran and the Palestinian radicals are rooting for Gantz.  Unfortunately, the citizens of Israel will pay a terrible price for all of this.

1. Schiff talks of an elaborate pressure campaign to force Ukraine to announce an investigation of the Bidens.  But that wasn’t demonstrated in any House testimony.
2. And somehow this elaborate scheme excluded pressuring Ukraine’s President since he and the foreign minister have said repeatedly there was no pressure and the phone transcript underscores the point.
3. Schiff, et al, always refuse to accept the truth — here, that the president is skeptical of foreign aid, he’s voiced frustration that Europe doesn’t step in, and he was concerned the government was corrupt.  It’s that innocent and simple.

1. I’ve been asked what John Bolton is doing.  I have no idea.  I am confused by the legal decisions to date given the latest statement.
2. My own view remains that this impeachment process is unconstitutional, the refusal to transmit the articles to the Senate and blackmail the Senate is unconstitutional & Mitch McConnell should immediately declare it null & void in defense of the Senate and the Constitution.
3. I don’t believe the country benefits by voluntarily contributing to this extremely damaging unconstitutional spectacle.

1. ONCE AGAIN, AS I SAID FROM THE START OF THIS, THIS IMPEACHMENT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL (FOR MANY REASONS, INCLUDING THE DEFECTIVENESS OF THE ARTICLES THEMSELVES)
2. THE SENATE MUST PROTECT THE CONSTITUTION AND ITSELF (THE SENATE'S ROLE, IN PART, IS AS A CHECK ON A ROGUE MAJORITY IN THE HOUSE), AND THE MAJORITY LEADER -- MITCH McCONNELL -- MUST DECLARE THE ARTICLES NULL AND VOID.
3. McCONNELL CAN ACT ON HIS OWN, JUST AS NANCY PELOSI AS SPEAKER IS DICTATING POLICY ON HER OWN.  HE MUST NOT ALLOW THE SENATE TO BE BLACKMAILED LIKE THIS.  CLEARLY, THE FRAMERS HAD NO INTENTION OF CONFERRING THIS KIND OF POWER ON A SPEAKER OR THE HOUSE.
