Query: Is talking about a music choice in season 2 of Sex Education, with no plot discussion needed, a spoiler that I should not tweet about yet?
OK. Did anyone else notice where Sex Ed went immediately from “Mystery of Love” to “Make Your Own Kind of Music,” and was I the only one to have been thinking about Call Me By Your Name and so the next song triggered thoughts of Beautiful Thing? Was that on purpose, do you think?
I guess actually discussing it would get into the related plot points, so, I’ll just let that sit out there for now! But, I would love to know if anyone else noticed/thought about that.

Donald Trump has shown the absolute inability of our institutions to deal with Donald Trump. The @USNatArchives is ALTERING IMAGES “so as not to engage in current political controversy.” No, the controversy is outside of your doors. You should be presenting the FACTS as they are.
“The display links momentous demonstrations for women’s rights more than a century apart on the same stretch of pavement,” but @USNatArchives is sending a message that the most recent demonstration must be hidden from public eyes.

How appalling and embarrassing.
You just need to recall Sean Spicer’s first protestation of this administration to understand what’s going on here: The @USNatArchives is afraid of mean Trump tweets, so they’re altering the way visitors to the National Archives will see US history.

OK I am at like chapter 2 of "A Warning" by Anonymous, and the author says they decided to be anonymous because the writers of the Federalist Papers were at the time they wrote, and I am pretty sure the author is the senior official who dressed like the 1770s at inauguration.
Might turn this into a thread of things angering me about this book, like this person wants sympathy because Team Trump didn't expect to win, and turns out forming a transition team is super hard. Like, feel pity that we tried a con to waste everyone's time and boost resumes.
Plus, if you actually didn't want to win? Maybe say no to the FOREIGN GOVERNMENT OFFERING TO RIG IT FOR YOU? Just an idea.

OK, so I understand that Ty asked any lawyer who has disagreed with any part of his case to set forth how he can win his case. So here goes. No snark, animosity, or anything else intended in any point herein. And this is going to ignore responding to affirmative defenses.
And further, this is about winning at trial. Not winning at the TCPA stage or anything else. The hypothetical is how can Vic win his case overall, just so we're clear.
