Hmmm! Russian media reporting that Putins aide Surkov has resigned. Surkov is best known for hybrid warfare to destabilize Ukraine. He once stated that "Russia is playing with the West's mind." I'll keep an eye and see if this is more of his trickery or if he actually resigned
