Bolton is part of the cover up. He sat on this info––evidence of crime––and only leaked it now because there's no way in hell GOP senators will make him to testify.

In the Aug 2019 discussion, Trump was focused on Giuliani conspiracy theories, telling Bolton he preferred sending no Ukraine aid until officials turned over info Trump thought they had on the Russia probe related to Biden and Clinton supporters in Ukraine.
Bolton says Pompeo privately acknowledgment to him last spring that Giuliani’s claims re Yovanovitch had no basis and that Giuliani may have wanted her fired because she might have been targeting Giuliani's Ukraine-linked clients as she fought corruption.
