Dictators are victims too. Dictatorship creates damaged human beings on either side of an oppressive system. We must seek to end dictatorship as a system rather than fight dictators as persons.
I *know*, from the experience of talking to a lot of my sisters and brothers, that few can connect with this idea, because there's a lot of rage and injustice. But believe me, we won't make progress until we deeply understand it.
And this is why I say that if I meet MBS (the guy who tortured and killed my friends, and wants me dead) I will not give him a punch. I'll give him a hug.
