I want us to discuss #WhatsNext without feelings.
The reality (for most who have lived it), there's nothing next. Just life. It's hardships, it's realities, it's ups and Downs.
THERE'S NO COMPANY THAT IS COMING TO KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR BECAUSE YOU ARE THE PERSON THEY MISSED!

So here's the plan.
1. For some people, they have jobs, that were just waiting for them to graduate. And that's their fortune.

2. Some people looked for jobs after their last papers.

3. Some people are entrepreneurs already up to something or will be.

4. Some people will do something in the 'family' business.

Then there's you.

The reality is very many people do odd jobs, or not what was in plan before they land their dream job.
It really does beat sitting at home.

We live in a digital era and there's honestly so much you can do with your phone.

This is also the time you need to make, keep and max your social capital.

#WhatsNext is what you choose it to be. Figure out your strengths, passions and future plans.

Graduation is no longer a guarantee of a job placement. It is a wonderful achievement but it's not the papers but what you gained from university that will help you get there.

Wake up.
Think outside the box.
Be determinant, organised and plan your next move.
