Like Dead People, Critical Race Theorsts know they "see whiteness." Wokeness, is in essence, a sixth sense. 
Critical Theorsts see the world in a very different way. As I've said many times, it is a fundamental lens, in the same way religious fundamentalists see God's will or love in everything around them. Like a psychologist who holds power over a child, "we" refuse to see whiteness
Have you heard teachers say they love giving back, helping the next generation, they want to help kids, even that they love kids?

In fact, these sentimental statements are "White emotionalities" and they perpetuate Whiteness and White Supremacy
Like the psychologist skeptical of a kid seeing dead people, teachers do not have authority in Critical Theory because they lack the credentials and lived experiences of students they help. Also, to jump topics mid-paragraph, white people hide racism by making up black friends.
A teacher's desire to help children of color, in fact, is an unexamined narcisstic privilege. They must be concious of the "Racial contract" and their position in the "Racial hierarchy."
As an illustration of all of this, a white man who wants to diversify teaching, even if he uses the "correct terminologies" can never truly get what diversity means and why we need it. I think he gets +2 for effort, -3 for being white. You can never be woke enough.

As with dead people, it is important to have the ovaries (?) to "see whiteness," otherwise you be responsible for the White Supremacist education system.
Like the realization of a physical and metaphysical death in the Sixth Sense, Whiteness requires a metaphysical death and a spiritual awakening. To reconcile the sixth sense of Whiteness.
