Why do people steal ideas?
🙈 Often it isn’t stealing— there aren’t many viable ideas
🦄 “Why now?” is the main constraint— driven by tech, regs, and macro
💪 The only counter is fast execution
🏹 Be customer-focused not the competition-focused
You can win if you can outrun.
