You need to assign all delegates; if there's one left (which is possible since you're dividing based on all attendees), you round up to candidate with biggest remainder (even if they're under '.5').

I glossed over the 6th & final example too quickly, apologies of my own: that's the only one that's incorrect because it "overrounds up" the wrong person. That error on this list would give an extra delegate to Buttigieg (over Biden).
To be clear, we know there are mistakes in those results! I tweeted about them a few hours ago (and throughout the day). I haven't identified any pattern in them; there might be, but that thread isn't it.
