I normally recoil from the media's eternal "Democrats in disarray" narrative but at a time when the impeached president is propping himself up like a king and his party is cheering him on from the royal court while letting him subject our elections to foreign attack, this is mad.
If the Democratic Party is not prepared to organize itself to choose a nominee, how can at-risk Americans expect it to organize itself to win back the White House and Senate, hold the House and beat back domestic AND foreign voter suppression backed by an incumbent president?
.@SpeakerPelosi @RepAdamSchiff and the House managers did their part well and fought the moral fight, but they & the Dems (& some Rs) who have stood up to Trump & Trumpism can't do everything. The party needs some structural integrity if they are going to succeed. Just a thought.
