How Trump goes Full Authoritarian by 2020.

(Just entertain my creative imagination for a moment.)

- He puts his own personal thug as AG who uses the Justice Department to go after all enemies
- He hollows out the federal agencies, public servants & replaces them w/ cultists. 1/

- Trump packs the Supreme Court with conservative loyalists, yes men tied to the right wing ecosystem who will do his bidding.

- Trump appoints a record number of similar conservative judges across the nation to do the same.

2/

- Trump uses the entire right wing media ecosystem as STATE TV. He takes over the most watched cable news channel, he has a national broadcasting system force anchors to parrot the same talking points, he has right wing radio hosts & online magazines do the same in concert.

3/

He publicly humiliates and punishes any one, especially Republicans, who criticize him or vote against him. (Heads on a pike.)

He publicly praises and adulates anyone who shows him loyalty, showcasing to the nation the most loyal yes men and women in particular.

4/

- He openly invites foreign interference in the elections and is willing to cheat to win. He open American diplomacy to the highest bidder. Pay to play.

- He promotes conspiracy theories & disinformation to cause confusion, chaos, to the point people don't trust anything.

5/

- He threatens corporations, foreign countries, especially allies, judges & the media in the particular. Stay in line, get in line, or else! Maybe he'll block a corporate merger, withold necessary aid, attack a newspaper or cable channel. He rewards those who are loyal.

6/

- He banks on absolutists & an apathetic majority to sit out of the 2020 election. What's the point? It's all rigged anyway or "my person" isn't nominated. Let it burn.

- He wins 2020 & becomes an authoritarian on Ritalin. (Sniff!)
