Displacement numbers are about to hit another record in Syria's northwest: the rebels are expecting north of Aleppo to fall (area of Anadan). Families are trying to flee before the regime captures them, but the cheapest car ride to take them to nearby camps costs $30.
Regime forces are launching simultaneous attacks to besiege the area north of Aleppo. Some civilians remain in the areas about to be besieged, unable to flee due to lack of funds to hire drivers. 2 NGOs I've contacted on behalf of friends there say they don't have available cars. 
Only one road is still passable into this pocket as the regime gained fire control over the road passing through Hawar and is firing at escaping vehicles. Civilians trapped in Hreitan, Anadan, Kafr Hamra, Babis want to escape before the regime captures them, but they have no cars
The entire northern reef has fallen to regime hands. I lost contact with friends who were inside the area. Unclear to me if the thousands of civilians there were able to flee before the regime took over. All feared being captured alive and arrested/executed on the spot.
Hundreds of families in northern Aleppo escaped in military vehicles with the retreating armed opposition & dozens had to walk to escape the advancing Syrian army & Iran-backed militias. Despite repeated calls, no NGO was able to dispatch vehicles to help civilian flee.
