.@Maddow is fiercely defending McCabe & dropping of charges, & blaming Trump for the investigation, when it was the IG who recommended charges. McCabe admitted to leaking & lying under oath. Yet MSM/ Dems demand prison time for Stone, Flynn etc bcuz, of course, “rule of law.”
Now @Maddow is savaging Trump & Barr for speaking out against the prosecutors’ sentencing recommendation, basically a death sentence for Stone and much longer than sentences for many violent criminals. Stone was convicted for lying about boasts re: connections he didn’t have.
Yet, @Maddow in defending herself in a lawsuit regarding her slander and defamation of @OANN, that her statements can’t be taken as “facts.” I’m not sorry to say that she’s a fucking bottom-feeder

McCabe’s Leak

In October 2016, McCabe directed his counsel, @NatSecLisa to leak investigative info about the FBI’s @ClintonFdn probe to reporter Devlin Barrett.
The leak confirmed the existence of the investigation, something the FBI is supposed to resist. While his high rank gave him the power to authorize such a disclosure if it were in the public interest, the IG found that McCabe’s leak “was clearly not within the public interest.”

On another occasion, the Garrison lawsuit said, Bloomberg berated a female employee who had trouble finding a nanny. “It’s a f------ baby! All it does is eat and s---! All you need is some black who doesn’t even have to speak English to rescue it from a burning building!”

Judge Jackson agreed with prosecutors to remove a potential juror because she had at one point, nearly three decades ago, held a small role in the Ronald Reagan for President campaign. Politics would not be allowed in her courtroom, Judge Amy Berman Jackson proclaimed.
However, when it was revealed that a potential juror had served in a high-level communications role within President Barack Obama’s administration, objections and questions about bias from Stone’s legal team were laughed off, by both the judge and prosecutors.
