I see from the footnotes that the answer appears to be yes to all of the above.

Those "interviewed" in her study appear to represent a who's who of former officials involved in SpyGate.

1) P. 99 of IG Report: Handling Agent 1 [Gaeta] stated that, prior to sending the reports [Steele Reports 80 & 94], ASAC 1 had contacted him to explain that the reports would be placed in a sub-file in NYFO and thereby "walled off" from agents in NYFO...
2) ...and that the Assistant Director in Charge of NYFO and the "Executive Assistant Director (EAD) level" [Michael Steinbach] at FBI Headquarters were aware of the reports' existence.
3) Date of Steinbach's awareness [FBI HQ] likely just prior to 8-4-16.

But outside possibility that it was as early as 7-13-16 [Date ASAC first spoke w/Handling Agent 1]

Those who are "under-employed" & those who are "not in the workforce"
Jan 2020:

5.9 million unemployed Americans.
4.2 million involuntary part-time working Americans.
1.3 million Americans who have temporarily given up looking for work.

11.4 million Americans looking for full-time employment.

And no, Congress does not set our foreign policy.
3) On August 22, 2017, Iran’s atomic chief shocked the world by stating that Iran needed only 5 days to ramp its uranium enrichment back up to 20 percent.

The level at which uranium could quickly be further enriched for use in a nuclear weapon.

This falls squarely on Obama.

About the coming Horowitz report:

Since Twitter thread makers (who collectively have more influence than the MSM) have taken the position that high ranking people in the Obama administration will be prosecuted for their involvement in Spygate the MSM must counter that narrative.
2) The fact that the NY Times received leaked information about the Horowitz report & published an article claiming no one of consequence will be prosecuted tells you what the larger strategy of the MSM will be regarding the report.
3) In the coming weeks, we can expect the media to collectively and repeatedly insist that the Horowitz report is a nothing burger. No one of consequence will be prosecuted for their involvement in Spygate. That is the overarching narrative the mainstream media will push.
