Beautiful. But ... why is commercial fishing excluded from only 0.04% of our waters? Why can't we see a wonderful resurgence of wildlife like this all around our coasts?

Even in terms of jobs and income, large no take zones are likely to make more sense than commercial fishing. And in terms of defending our wildlife, our ecosystems and our carbon stocks, the difference is off the scale.
PS: Can we invent a better term than "no take zones"? It's a rubbish way of describing places where marine wildlife is rebounding. Suggestions welcome.
