The TEMPLE OF KÔM OMBO, dedicated to the Gods Sobeck and Haroeris

It is at about 165 km south of Luxor. That Temple-Acropolis dominates the Nile. It was the holy place of the Ancient city of Ombos (in Egyptian Noubit),the City of Gold whose Master was the fearsome God Seth
[Should it be the City of London ?, history repeats itself, fractals...].
It was built at the time of Ptolemy V in honor of Apollo, the Greek equivalent of the god Horus the Elder or Haroeris. That fearsome falcon (👁️photo) had a triumphant & warlike temperament
suitable for soldiers. The two brothers exercised their authority over the city of Noubit. One was good, the other evil (2 Titans). Seth managed to expel the one who sought harmony & peace...
[doesn't it remind you anything?]
But the population refused to obey a bad master
and preferred exile (they were awake!). They had made their choice and had decided to follow Horus the Elder,Haroeris. [Aren't there several dimensions/versions of the story of Osiris, because his brother is indeed Seth unless Geb & Nut had had a 5th child?]
When Set was left alone, he found himself very destitute : no one to cultivate the fields ...
[if the whole economy was paralyzed, their empire would collapse...].
But he did not admit defeat (determination mixed with obstination). He resorted to black magic
& used the dead to become his slaves. He made golems (artificial humanoid beings, devoid of free will, made to be slaves)...
[Isn't it strange in our present dimension to have the impression of being surrounded by clones & zombies ? ]
but he did not know how to manage them, so they got angry and sowed grains of sand on the crops
["incompetent people" as some Elites complain about their ministers].
The land became barren & the desert invaded the fields. Horus is leaving ...
Set will have his realm of solitude , a desert with a power that gives death...
Kom Ombo is a place with opposed forces, therefore difficult to manage & control. Thutmes III translated that reality in a unique shared Temple with two deities with equal powers :
Horus the falcon) & Sobek, a (a crocodile). Both deities were equally powerful.
When RA, struggling against the powers of evil, sought a deity to drive out his opponents. Thot, his Great Scribe, chose the falcon of Kom Ombo. The Falcon Horus rose from the sky at the speed
of lightning to kill Pharaoh's enemies. The falcon was a healer too both physically and spiritually, a specialist of both the physical eye & the mirror of the soul. He was able to reconstitute the divine eye [the reunification leading to harmony] with scattered parts
[distant from the Source, from the Truth, therefore failing], thanks to surgical tools [non-aggressive & extremely precise spiritual tools, guiding by signs and signals to find the deep Self and take the right path again],the divine eye of wisdom, the mirror of the soul.
The crocodile, incarnation of the deity Sobek masters the southern half of the Temple. Those venerated saurians were fearsome and Sobek had nothing to envy the falcon, he was powerful in water. Each of those deities is powerful & acts in its field/environment of predilection.
But those two predators are allies of the sun in its daily fight against darkness and complement each other. The light power is sometimes falcon in the air, sometimes crocodile in the water. Horus removes evil from the earth, gives air to breathe, light to make everything grow.
Sobek coming out of the primitive ocean, is strong and robust. He can carry all beings on his back. He helps in the resurrection of the dead and makes the flood water rise so that the earth is fertile. Both are essential to life !
Kom Ombo is a temple with a double entrance showing us a duality falcon/crocodile but to me there is no duality, they are complement to each other, two inputs for ONE output ! That duality is neither dissociation nor opposions. The two deities share the same place in total equity
The two deities respect each other, each one being honored in the part of the temple dedicated to the other, and vice versa.
These two deities represent the sun & the moon working together for the best of harmony. These two deities represent the two eyes of the Creator's face
coming together in a single gaze.
That Temple is our brain with its two deities, two hemispheres, one is feminine & the other is masculine. Although separated physically, they do not oppose each other but work together to produce the best.
Those tow deities are man & woman,
and they do not oppose each other. They are still separated in this dimension but will join together in a unique and single being in higher dimensions because those two deities are ONE (But first, each one has to find her/his half to form a divine pair ...)
