This illustrates the problem with trying to talk politics on Twitter (or any social media platform). I would love a simple way to prevent people in the rightmost category from even *seeing* my tweets. From experience, any "contribution" on their part will just be lies or insults. 
And I'm pretty sure their day isn't enhanced by reading my stuff either, given that our worldviews are matter and antimatter.
So it's a shame there isn't an easy way to achieve this in bulk, rather than the laborious blunt instruments of blocks, muting and filter phrases...
