BREAKING: Investors' rights law firms are reportedly investigating Brazilian brokerage XP Inc for allegedly misleading investors. Less than 3 months after XP’s IPO, The Winkler Group published a report raising serious questions about the accuracy of the firm's financials.
XP stocks are crashing 13.4% at Nasdaq today 👇👇👇👇
Among other things, the report say there are significant discrepancies between XP’s internal audits and financial statements provided to investors in its IPO prospectus. In addition, the report alleges that XP fired its auditor after it discovered weaknesses in internal controls.

At least two firms (Block & Leviton and the Rosen Law Firm) are preparing class action lawsuits against XP Inc and have encouraged XP stakeholders to seek council.
XP is one of Brazil’s largest brokerage firms, and went public on December 13, 2019 in a BRL 1.96-billion public offering. Reporter @nascalzaretto told how the company became Brazil's hottest asset in 2019.

A federal judge Monday granted a request from conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch to have former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sit for a sworn deposition to answer questions about her use of a private email server to conduct government business.
