Public laboratories can use original CDC test kit to test for the virus that causes COVID-19 using new protocol.
So CDC is providing bad kits to US public labs, but they're offering the new working test kits to anyone in the world who wants to order them?

But since they're providing them internationally, how many does that leave for US citizens?
