This #Uyghur man is apparently under quarantine for #coronavirus but he’s handcuffed to a bed. He managed to sneak in his phone which shows that security isn’t as tight as the #ConcentrationCamps.

According to a source he was a model for ‘TAOBAO,’ a popular Chinese online shopping website, headquartered in Hangzhou, and owned by Alibaba.

Uyghur name: Mardan Ghappar, 30, Taobao model in Guangzhou, got arrested in Guangzhou arbitrarily by police from "#Xinjiang" on Jan,2020. Stayed 18 days in detention, then transferred to a 'quarantine camp' because he had a fever.

“Maierdan Aba” has a 16 year old brother “Dilyar Aba” who was arrested in 2019 under the 'terror act' which means visiting foreign websites, most likely with a VPN.

50-60 male&females all hooded were locked in the same cell with only 1 window in detention centre. After virus outbreak, they wore masks&hoods, police checked their temperature & picked out the ones who had a fever. He was transferred to a 'quarantine camp'
