Parole can be managed safely, and we stand willing to assist in this process as members of the legal, social service and religious communities.

@DOJ_EOIR @DHSgov @ICEgov @CoreCivic @GEOGroup We call on @CoreCivic, @GEOGroup, and LaSalle Corrections to immediately provide hygienic supplies at no cost to persons in their custody.

@DOJ_EOIR @DHSgov @ICEgov @CoreCivic @GEOGroup We call on @ICEgov to cease all field operations and respect access to medical facilities. Conducting ICE field operations at this critical time sows fear and community distrust. Requiring individuals to transit from across the state and appear in person at ICE offices is unwise.

@DOJ_EOIR @DHSgov @ICEgov @CoreCivic @GEOGroup We call on @dojEOIR to shut the immigration courts down. The nationwide postponement of non-detained master calendar hearings is insufficient. All hearings must be continued except for those matters necessary to protect health, safety, and liberty of individuals.

Some countries are struggling with a lack of capacity... Some countries are struggling with a lack of resolve.”
