No. 1 crisis is how current crisis effects his re-election chances.
No. 2 crisis is how markets react because he ties those to his reelection.
No. 3 crisis is how the economy react (see No. 1 & No. 2).
Health crisis is only a crisis to the extent it effects 1-3.

Testing is not only not a priority it's bad because a.) it produces data that might look bad for him & b.) because he didn't prioritize it he sees those calling for it as attacking him

Trump has absolutely zero compassion for anyone suffering with the disease, for overburdened and at risk health care providers or for victims of the economic downturn...except himself and his family and friends (and I am not sure how much he cares about his family and friends).
