1. I've had trouble understanding GOP seeking suicidal impulse to hasten spread of COVID-19 by ordering people to work (as if escalating death rates will lead to Dow zooming up), then I realized:....
2...
a. The people who the GOP really fights for, really cares about - the rich - can stay home and telecommute.
b. The ones they really *don't* care about - the ones just above the poverty line - can die and be replaced....
3...

c. The working class who oppose them can die and be replaced.
d. The working class who think the GOP cares about them as anything other than votes and fodder can be brainwashed by conservative media into blaming someone else for the GOP's evil plans...
4...for years, non-sociopaths have wondered - how can they not care about starving children, about people dying from lack of insurance, about the health and well being of other Americans, about troops sent to fight and die in pointless wars for the ecstasy of chicken hawks...
5...Ive avoided the conclusion. It is unavoidable now, as they begin proclaiming older people should sacrifice their lives so younger people don't have a short-term drop in their stock investments, and all of their other sociopathic statements: They don't care if *others* die...
6...they are the feudal lords, and they see those without power as the peasants - expendable, unnecessary, there only to serve the whims of the wealthy, the ones who consider themselves "the betters."

There is no other explanation for "you die for my investments"...
7...already, the conservative media is spinning, spinning, spinning absolute lies. "Oh, we have to do this because we're headed to another Great Depression, and that kills far more than a virus." EVERY WORD OF IT IS A LIE.

Economies go up and down. Over and over. Always do...
8...just because there is a economic downturn beginning - *which we don't even see in any numbers but stock prices at this point - there is *nothing* to suggest we are heading into a decade-long depression. Nothing.

We have an economic downturn. We are addressing it with...
9... Keynesian economic strategies (the kind of economics that the GOP always discovers during economic downturns, but ignores when we are in a boom and they want the rich to have tax cuts in a high debt country). The economy will be fine. Just not today, and probably not...
10...for the rest of the year or into next year. Why? *Because we were in a boom for the longest time in history, and economies are cyclical.* Always, always, always. The GOP - in every boom - says "Not this time! We have beaten the business cycle!" And then they screech when...
11...they are proven wrong, and the economy goes into recession.

Theyre wrong here. South Korea managed COVID-19 outbreak rapidly, now have control of it with very little economic impact. All it took was to do the *exact opposite* of EVERYTHING the GOP has done & wants to do...
12...but the big reason the GOP is wrong: Viruses don't care about your wallet. Wall Streeters don't believe that mass death is good for their investments....
13...If GOP keeps trying to push it and push it and push it for short-term stock price gain, they will rapidly be shifting gears, trying to find someone else to blame for their own reckless, ignorant, sociopathic and self-centered actions....
14...they will launch Fox on their blame game amid all the bodies, and other conservative media will pick it up & Trump will repeat the blame endlessly.

Because there is one thing the "party of personal responsibility" is really good at: Blaming others for their failure.
