For startup founders: How to stay productive while working from home? An evening coffee tweetstorm. ☕⚡

Firstly, reduce clutter. There's all sorts of clutter these days on social media and even people bombarding you with all sorts of content on messaging apps.
To reduce clutter, reduce the time you spend on your phone and social media. For news and happenings, only follow a good, credible source of news that you enjoy reading.
Second, prioritize your work by making a todo list before you start your day. Startup founders have a lot to do, especially in the current times and priortizing is the best way to stay focused.
In case you get distracted by something, just go back to this list. This technique helps in staying aligned to your daily goals.
And before jumping on a task, ask yourself this question, "Is this really important at the moment, or can I push this later?"
Third, invest time to keep your team members motivated and happy. Take care of them as you'd take care of your family amidst this crisis.
If your team is happy, they'll be productive. As simple as that. Books like "Remote" by @jasonfried and @dhh, recommend the same.
Treat your employees like family. Take care of their health and wellbeing. Investing in a team insurance plan can be a good start. @getplumhq can help.
Organize team activities on video conferencing tools like @zoom_us and @SlackHQ. For example, we organize daily quizzes on @GetKahoot for the team. They love it.
Don't be a helicopter manager. Some companies have been asking their employees to stay connected on video for the entire workday and that is ridiculous. No-one's productive that way.
Let your team members be free, trust them with the work and let them prioritize the work on their own. While working from home, people also have a lot of daily chores to take care of which affects their productivity and that's okay.
Encourage your team members to follow a daily routine by explaining them the benefits. Encourage them to maintain their work-life balance as they used to, while working from office.
Fourth point: Keep yourself informed about macroeconomics. Keep tabs on updates from investors and fellow entrepreneurs in your market.
Lastly invest in your own wellbeing. Take care of your mental health by practicing mindfulness (@Headspace is recommended) and also try not to fall sick. Eat healthy.
