"...received several anonymous calls” on the patient’s travel history. This means the mgt is claiming that the corpse had ALREADY been released before they got information it may have been a suspected coronavirus case. This also means NO COVID-19 TEST WAS CONDUCTED...

1. How were they collected if you all knew it was probably a COVID-19 case ONLY AFTER the body had been sent for burial?

If truly this is still a SUSPECTED case, why did you place some staff who may have come in contact with the patient on Chloroquine prophylaxis. I mean, this is not just isolation; they’re on drugs already.
