Recovered cases in #India cross 76 lakhs - Highest in the world

More than 11 crore tests conducted in more than 2000 labs around the country

Recovery rate approximately around 92%

India is still counted amongst the countries having Lowest Cases per million population in the World, at 5991

Deaths per Million Population is also amongst the Lowest in the World, at 89

Continuous decline in average daily new deaths for last 7 weeks

Avg. daily new cases for last 7 weeks show a continuous decline

As on date, the no. of active cases stand at 5,41,405, ie, 6.8% of total historical no. of infections

This goes to show that our healthcare system is not bearing unnecessary load anymore

Comparative study of #COVID19 active cases in the top states in the first weeks of October & November show a decline in #Maharashtra, #Karnataka, #AndhraPradesh, #TamilNadu and #UttarPradesh; while a rise in cases is seen in #Manipur, #Delhi, #Kerala and #WestBengal: @MoHFW_INDIA

The strategy of "#test- #track- #trace & #treat" will continue as long as the #pandemic remains, even if our numbers of active cases is coming down

To continue with this trend of having lesser cases, we need to follow the #COVID Appropriate Behaviours

.@DoPTGoI's platform 'Integrated Govt. Online Training #iGOT' is being used by all govt. depts as well as @MoHFW_INDIA to train #frontline #healthcare workers

Above 13.60 lakh users completed 19 lakh+ digital courses on subjects related to our ministry:

Top 50 districts from where maximum number of #healthcare workers have completed #iGOT digital courses are located in #Gujarat, #UttarPradesh, #Punjab, #Maharashtra, #Kerala, #WestBengal and #Chandigarh

There is improvement in overall #COVID19 situation, active cases are declining. At the same time, cases are on the rise in some states.

Our country has been able to limit the spread of infection to a large extent.
