I kinda think it's hillarious that @_SecondThought was intimidated by @DHSgov and shadowbanned by @YouTube re: criticism of the @CIA.

For all the wrong reasons...

For once, it's a chilling effect for anyone, espechally de-facto members of the #press [since @_SecondThought does #journalism, be is part of it] to intimidate them by a govt. agency like @DHSgov.

Not to mention that their accusation, "anti-americanism", is not a crime.

In any reasonable justice system, #NullaPeneSineLege applies, which means the government cannot do anything about something that isn't explicitly outlawed.

And last time I checked voicing criticism of politicans was not, @DHSgov!

And whether or not someone likes @_SecondThought, he also does have his #1A.

OFC, that doesn't mean he has any legal right to "free hosting" or "advertising money" on any platform, including @YouTube, since #FreeSpeech obviously only covers public infrastructure.

And I don't think that one could or should force corporations to host everything.

Needless, @DHSgov, @YouTube & @CIA purposefully use #ChillingEffect against unwanted and undesired opinions, or rather #InconvenientTruth|s.

Not to mention that it's openly #ridiculous for the @DHSgov to accuse someone like @_SecondThought of "#AntiMaericanism" [which isn't even a #crime btw.] when he obviously voices not just criticism but also wants to help improve it.

And I think that's more #patriotic than walking around with an AR-15 and yelling "Hail Trump!" in the midst of a pandemic.

All the bs personnel hours @DHSgov to threaten @_SecondThought should've been spend on fighting rw #terrorist groups like "Proud Boys"...

But then again that's me assuming that @DHSgov is actually interested in preserving #NatSec, not just threatening #journalists like @_SecondThought for not being a fashy #bootlicker!

Cuz I'm pretty shure these "shenanigans" costed the U.S. #taxpayer|s at least 4 digits.

So yeah, like it or not, @DHSgov @YouTube @CIA:

Even if @_SecondThought was "#AntiAmerican" [which you seem to conflate with #AntiCapitalist & #AntiFacist], that is neither a #felony nor otherwise illegal action.

So go and do something useful for the time being...

Cuz I doubt that @DHSgov and @CIA will actually take a look at rw #terrorists outside of the context of death-squads to hire when a nation's politics seem to displease @StateDept and/or big corporate interests...

And that is worrysome...

PS: I come from #Germany and even though I did explicitly criticized politicans and govt. agencies, I've yet to see them dare trying to intimidate me personally for made-up reasons.
