There's a good reason why #shit like #Fillibuster are technically impossible and illegal in most modern systems:

How else would you describe it if a party would refuse to even look into a budget, because they hate the current president?

In short, the #USA is allowing few individuals to destroy the nation from within.

And for no reason than that they legally can do it and not face any #accountability before the law.
