4/ag Here's a solution for "experts on everything" looking for political solutions: Central Govt should #abolish the #APMC Act and the #ECA, along with the 3 new agri laws, and leave every State to make own Agricultural laws. Then they'll be responsible/ accountable to voters!
5/ag Subject to proviso, that States cannot stop inter-state trade in agricultural goods, which framers of the constitution, correctly put under Union Govt's purview. Nor can States force CG to take any action which is responsibility of State, nor obstruct anything in Union list!
6/ag Alternatively, just leave #Punjab out of the notification applying the 3 laws (with entirely predictable results on its underground water resources, its soil and its air)
7/ag Every non-communist economist, with a modicum of professional reputation among policy thinkers/advisors/think tanks, has argued for agricultural reforms, since that 1990s.

Our territorial claims are known by our map; Has the "Tibetan Govt in exile", which Indian hawks want India to recognize as the "Govt of Tibet", ever accepted in word or deed, that it's the true boundary between India and Tibet? Has any other country in the world (except Bhutan)?

#Hypothesis: Agreement to disengage in Pangong lake was reached in Sept-oct, but #CCP11 backtracked in Oct/nov on expectation of Biden win! Blinken's 6th Feb call to Yang Xi confirmed firm US policy towards China. #Xi gave approval for implantation of Pangong agreement thereafter
