#TouThao describes what #GeorgeFloyd did to resist them, "He kinda stiffened up his body." How frightening for them all! So presumably they had to kill him because they couldn't just wait for him to unstiffen.
1:10:48 #TouThao states he thought the crowd was hostile b/c they "cursed", but when asked what the crowd was specifically saying, he answers, "Get off his neck! Check on him!" that's what they were saying. #TouThao we all cursed you and we all said that.
