Investigations are underway but two buildings (maybe warehouses) were ablaze.

The fire (see last tweet) in #Moscow is being treated as arson. The flames covered over 2,000 square metres at its height.

Authorities have not revealed what was in the buildings or who owned them.

A #Ukraine grain train has derailed in #Romania.

The train has 32 wagons of grain and weighed over 700 tonnes. 11 of the carriages came off the track in the accident which happened in Iasi.

Emotional scenes this evening as the Ukrainian prisoners released in the prisoner swap earlier today, made it back to #Ukraine held territory.

Many are badly injured.
One soldier said "emotions are overflowing, there were thoughts that this day would not come."
