Last July we won the @artfund #MuseumoftheYear prize, which was just the beginning of one of the most exciting years in the V&A's history.

3.4 million people visited us and @MuseumChildhood in 2016-2017. We staged 9 exhibitions and 19 displays, 7 exhibitions toured to UK venues.

Our successful exhibition #DavidBowieIs has been visited by 1.7 million people internationally in Barcelona, Tokyo, Melbourne, Paris etc.

After the V&A #ExhibitionRoad Quarter opening we had a record 836,530 visitors in July & August - our two most successful months in history
