I’m not gonna waste much time debunking Trump’s obviously falsified physical exam report because we all know it’s bullshit, but I do have a hot take on the cognitive portion that I’d like to share...
For starters, the number one red flag with the “MOCA” cognitive screening test he took is the painfully obvious and suspicious fact that he REQUESTED IT SPECIFICALLY.

Trump’s alleged score of 30/30 could easily be accomplished w/repeated administrations of the MOCA prior to his physical exam, which could explain why he requested it by name, and even then a perfect MOCA score DOES NOT UNEQUIVOCALLY RULE OUT THE PRESENCE OF COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT.
Beyond all of that, why the fuck didn’t he get a CT scan or MRI of his brain, and why are they bullshitting us with an easily manipulated MOCA if they seriously expect us to believe he was thoroughly examined for the presence of a progressive neurocognitive disorder?!
Let me remind y’all once again that Trump’s father had Alzheimer’s disease/dementia. At 71 years old and with his ever more apparent lapses in cognition/erratic behavior, it is medical malpractice that all he got for screening was a damn MOCA.
Bottom line is the whole medical report stinks to high heaven, and it answers no questions nor quiets any concerns about his mental/physical health. All it does is further reveal the depths to which Trump and his enablers will sink to maintain this illegitimate farce.
I routinely refer my patients to neurocognitive and psychological testing to rule out dementia and other attention/concentration disorders, and the psychologist to whom I refer conducts a full panel of verbal, written and motor skill tests that take *3-4 hours* to complete.
I refuse to believe that the alleged POTUS can’t get a more thorough neurocognitive evaluation, the likes of which even my most indigent patients receive as the standard of care to definitively workup cognitive decline in a symptomatic person with a family history of dementia.
The fact that Trump was coached to request the MOCA by name (and nothing more) reveals a concerted effort to prevent a thorough, comprehensive assessment of his cognition and a complete lack of regard for his worsening exhibition of cognitive decline.
It’s already bad enough that he outright refused to have a psychiatric evaluation completed, but the fact that they didn’t even bring in a damn neurologist to examine him independently looks like he has something to hide in his brain, specifically. Do NOT fall for this shit.
They can tout his fake height, weight and 30/30 all they want to, but that’s not going to unclog his arteries or regenerate his neurons. He’s STILL gonna be #InstabilityInChief every single day going forward and will never become mentally or physically fit to serve as POTUS.
