(2) after 'scandal' that would have taken down a lesser candidate. Even after Trump has survived the biggest media based, DNC and GOP establishment attack that any candidate has seen in modern history (and possibly ever). Even after he got NK to finally talk to SK.
(3) Even after he broke all the rules for candidates for POTUS and won. Even after he survived the biggest ops-research campaign against a candidate (which was supported illegitimately by some of highest levers of power of the "State") and he survived a witch-hunt which
(4) dwarfs Watergate. Even after all that, they still believe that just be using the old playbook and summoning their lapdogs in the media to faithfully report what a bad person Trump is and how he is responsible for all ills, they still believe they are holding a winning hand.
(5) It truly is the definition willfully stupid, Thomas. It is almost as if their pride keeps them from accepting that "that man" has bested us. Frankly, if not for dependent classes, identity politic classes and the dumb-down participation trophy class, they'd be finished.
