Cambridge Analytica whistleblower @chrisinsilico tonight: CA/Bannon tested Trump slogans such as #DrainTheSwamp and #BuildTheWall in 2014.
Remember that in 2013, Trump/Cohen spent $1 million to explore a possible 2016 run. The narrative that Trump wasn’t strongly considering running until 2015 is nonsense.
Here’s a Trump tweet from 2014 talking about building a wall:
We also know from an organizer of the 2013 Miss Universe pageant, Yulya Alferova, that Trump was talking about his disdain for Obama multiple times. All evidence points to Trump planning his 2016 run in 2013 at the latest.
I almost forgot about his trademarking of “Make America Great Again” in 2012. So there are multiple data points that Trump was preparing a run before, during, and after the indicted Russians were in the US.
