.@ncbja why aren't you warning customers that there's problem with your ATM machines? People trying to withdraw cash. $ is withdrawn from account, but no cash. A # of people inside now waiting to get their $, but no warning at ATM that this is happening. Poor customer service.
And no sense of added responsibility to help people resolve the matter caused by your malfunctioning ATM machine? Fill out a form, take a number, sit and wait for however long it takes? Not good enough, @ncbja!
And at least the bank is still open now and people can come inside. What abt someone it happens to at 4pm today?At start of very long weekend?They'll just have 2 come in on Tues, right?Warn your customers when there's a problem. Don't treat them like they are the problem, @ncbja!
