A short related thread on this INM story. #inm19 1/
A company previously called Another9, now called CTI global, states on its website that one of its clients is INM.
What does CTI do? Cloud backups.
Who is the chairman of CTI according to its website? Leslie Buckley.
Who is the majority shareholder in CTI, according to INM's own reporting? Denis O'Brien.
Interesting stuff. Also interesting:

Another9 was also contracted by Ervia/Irish Water for cloud backup services.
There was a good deal of controversy at the time around possible future privatisation of Irish Water. And what company got a contract to install water meters - SiteServ (also owned/controlled by Denis O'Brien). There was also controversy around data related to customers.
Of course I'm making no allegation here, merely stating that it is interesting that a cloud backup company is engaged by INM, and that company involves the same principals as the ODCE affidavit.
How do I know about Irish Water / Another 9?
Also worth mentioning. Another9 was also contracted to build a website. Basis was MEAT.
What company contract is this? Another9/CTI got a contract for protecting Ervia from cyber attacks. CTI is chaired by Leslie Buckley and owned by Denis O'Brien. Is CTI going to make a statement on their chairman being tied up in an ODCE investigation?
What was the nature of the Ervia/Irish Water contract with CTI/Another9? Well let's look....
"Secure private cloud services infrastructure with disaster recovery"
Security implementation and consultancy
Here's the Hardware Implementation
Here's an overview of CTI's infra per the contract with Ervia/Irish Water. Likely similar services for INM.
also, where the disaster recovery goes. It's all standard enough for a provider of this nature.
But you'd have to wonder what data backup company CTI's current customers, including NATO, the IMF, Volkswagen, IBM, Certus, Boeing, the World Bank, think about the chairman of CTI being caught up in an ODCE investigation related to data backups. Seems pertinent.
Oh and btw, if you're curious about how much Ervia/Irish Water paid to Another9/CTI for their services. €1m between 2013 and 2015.
And yes I received all of this under FOI in 2015 because I was wondering who built Irish Water's website. It turned out Another9/CTI had quite a few contracts with Ervia/Irish Water.
and as if to make this the most Irish story ever: who awarded a contract to Another9/CTI in 2014? Horse Racing Ireland.
Incidentally: just checked. CTI/Another9 still mentioned in Irish Water whois.
A note too that in the last filed INM accounts under related party transactions it says that €200,000 was paid to CTI by INM.
