2007 CIA operative Levinson captured by Iran
Levinson was retired FBI working for CIA at the time.
2009 Meuller attempted an "off the books" rescue mission to get Levinson back.
McCabe was appointed to oversee this secret rescue

McCabe approached Oleg Deripaska (a wealthy Russian businessman)
to illegally fund the secret mission.
Meuller was FBI head at the time & gave McCabe the green light.
McCabe was Deripaska's "handler" in this secretive illegal project.
It gets even more interesting.

Deripaska's name has surfaced in the current Meuller probe
In August 2017 the RR mandate to Meuller included specific language on the Manafort probe.
RR's mandate language for Manafort mentions Manafort working for Viktor Yanukovych (Ukranian Pro Russian Govt Head)

RR didn't mention Oleg Deripaska in the Aug 2017 mandate (as far as we know)
But Meuller's April 2018 indictment against Manafort names Deripaska
Meuller conveniently left out the part where he personally authorized illegal collaboration (COLLUSION) with Deripaska in 2009

So Manafort did work for/with both OD (Oleg Deripaska) and (VY) Viktor Yanukovych.
But there is a 3rd Russian Player.
Konstantin Kilimnik (KK) is a Russian Intelligence operative.
Manafort was in touch with KK as recently as 2016
Here's a fascinating twist.

Turns out Manafort was/is in debt to Russian businessman OD for millions of dollars
Yes, that is the same OD that Meuller & McCabe talked into spending millions to fund the Levinson rescue from IRAN.
Can you say, "conflict of interest"?

What ever happened to the rescue?
well

In 2009 the FBI met OD many times.
You don't just get handed millions of dollars.
Meuller's FBI was basically "dating" OD
The FBI wined and dined OD in Paris; Vienna; Budapest, Hungary, and Washington
Meuller's FBI convinced OD to pay for this rescue
Why would he do that?

Why would OD agree to shell out millions out of his own pocket to rescue an American CIA operative held in Iran?
Iran after all is a Russian Ally.
HOW they got him to pay for it is an EXCELLENT QUESTION!
Surely Meuller's FBI had leverage against OD!

Muller/McCabe/FBI was asking this man to finance a project that went against the interests of IRAN and their ally Russia.
OD paid out at least 25 MILLION dollars for the Levinson rescue project.
This raises even more questions.
WHY wouldn't the FBI/CIA pay for it?

Something was going on with Levinson that needed to be kept off the books!!
OD's work provided evidence that Levinson was ALIVE
STILL no CIA /FBI funding made available

Manafort owes OD millions!!

Some how Manafort found himself owing millions to OD
Remember KK? The Russian Intel man...
During the Trump campaign Manafort emailed KK
"How do we use to get whole?"
Note the term "WE"
Manafort is referring to himself and KK as "we"
But, Manafort doesn't owe money to KK

Manafort owes money to OD.
This implies that KK (Russian intel) knows about Manafort's debt to OD
KK confirmed this himself when he emailed M that he had
“several important messages” from OD,
& that KK had a “long caviar story” to share.
Consensus is that Caviar = Money

8/2/16 M & KK meet in NYC
So M (Trumps campaign manager) and a KK (a Russian Intel agent meet in NYC).
A short time later OD is out on a yacht with Sergei Prikhodko, Russia’s deputy prime minister.
A hooker on board that yacht allegedly recorded the conversation.
About the US..

Getting back to the secret Levinson rescue that was paid for but never happened.
Why didn't it happen?
Well, a certain US agency blocked it.
One Hillary Clinton State Department!!

“We were told at one point that the terms of Levinson’s release had been agreed to by Iran and the U.S. and included a statement by Hillary Clinton (SOS) pointing a finger away from Iran. At the last minute, Secretary Clinton decided not to make the agreed-on statement.”

Dave McGee a former federal prosecutor acting as the Levinson family representative laid all the blame on Hillary Clinton.
The deal was made
OD paid for it
Press releases ready that were acceptable to the US and Iran.
WHY then did HRC block the deal?
Why at the 11th hour?
