As we all know, Broidy supposedly agreed to pay $1.6 million to a former Playboy model he impregnated, who then had an abortion. Broidy paid *both lawyers* for arranging the deal.🤨

City National's SARS👉🏼Broidy funnelled payments through Real Estate Attorneys’ Group, a legal co. Broidy paid Davidson $200,000 & sent 3 payments ($62,500 each) to Cohen—one to Essential Consultants' account & 2 to the account of Michael D. Cohen and Associates.🤔 15/

Broidy claims this description of payments is “not correct” & says he didn't pay Davidson. But City National's SARS shows a wire of $200k was received by Real Estate Attorneys Group from Broidy on 11/30/17. On 12/5/17, $200k was transferred to Davidson' account.🙄17/

Sorry...should have used the singular "SAR" for **one** suspicious-activity report, versus "SARS" for more than one SAR.😬

The MD, PhD in me sees "SARS" and thinks of the deadly viral infection.🤓 18/

Disclosing a SAR is a federal offense w/penalties including fines of up to $250,000 & imprisonment for up to 5 years. The official who released the SARS was aware of the risks, but said fears that the missing reports might be suppressed compelled the disclosure. 19/

The official said: "We’ve accepted this as normal & this is not normal. Things that stand out as abnormal, like documents being removed from a system, are of grave concern to me.”😳

PS: it is **possible** that the SARS on Cohen's shady banking were sealed or removed from #FinCEN's system for national security reasons, or due to the "sensitivity" of the situation (b/c he's Trump's lawyer).🤔

Either way, we Americans **deserve** an explanation‼️
