Vetting at the ICE office/sub-office, each have access to IAFIS and NCIC. An officer can properly review the sponsor's packet. They are professional and trained. Issue: sponsor is present without admisssion (?)

Interviews and criminal history checks via National Agency Check (NAC) and mandatory National Crime Information Center (NCIC) check via fingerprints (IAFIS).
