3) Dont worry. We will try and make our national law close to the EU one and we will ask our Courts to have a look on your EUCJ judgments (para 23).
4) Give us the benefit of your trade policy, but of course we will need to participate when you negotiate with other countries (para 19).
5) By the way, of course, we will need to be allowed to negotiate alone our own separate bilateral trade agreements (para 20).
6) As for the duration of this temporary « back stop », let us see that later...this is not urgent...
The first thing to do in order to find a solution would be to begin at last to say the truth to British people. A third country will never obtain full access to EU single market even limited on goods while not bound but all obligations of EU members.
