Yes, Trump is disruptive. Yes, Putin is happy about it. But there are many other forces at play. Macron. Far right everywhere. The void of leadership. Let's be honest: there's exactly the wrong confluence of personalities & leaders to negotiate this crisis & limit the damage.../2
