We're about to conclude a very powerful lunar cycle.

During a new moon, the gravity of the Sun and the Moon are aligned together.

This maximizes amplitude in gravity between daytime and nighttime, when they are joined by the Earth to pull you down.
The gravitational pull affects your brain directly and through the Earth's magnetic field.

Obviously, this happens every new moon. But now the effect is amplified by planetary alignments and rock-bottom solar activity.

I expect the solar pause to continue well into August.
What does this mean in practice?

Without Awareness, you'll be distracted, unsettled & oscillating between scattered hypomania & low energy/depression ALL THE TIME.

If you are strongly affected by the lunar cycle, expect EXTRA POWERFUL full moon & new moon this cycle & next.
Many of you have already been getting in all sorts of fights and emotional outbursts (some appropriate, others pointless).

Just a couple of days ago, I saw several couples fight/break up AT THE SAME BAR AT THE SAME TIME.

I hope this paints a picture.
What to do about it?

1. DRINK WATER. Lots of it. Your brain needs the thing to function properly. Next few weeks more than ever.

2. BE MINDFUL of your mood. If you don't have energy or get scattered, DRINK WATER – it helps your brain & helps you pause to be mindful.
3. BE MINDFUL – and use your mood constructively if you cannot manage it effectively (just about NONE of you can, so far).

If you feel down, have a good workout, get together with good people or take a good nap. After you DRINK WATER.
If you feel high-energy, aggressive & hyper, channel that to advance your life instead of going out and getting in trouble/fights.

Be aware of your mood as you make decisions, especially as it relates to people you care about. If you don't have it together, go home & take a nap.
4. BEWARE and avoid lo-awarenes people around you – coworkers, business partners, neighbors, partiers, drivers on the road.

Most people will be even more dysfunctional than usual. Have this in mind and pay close attention to their mental dynamic. Be extra careful.
5. USE these 4-6 weeks to get acquainted with the lunar calendar and how the planets affect you. Build the self-awareness you severely lack.

Because by September the Sun is coming back on the scene – and with a vengeance.

7. Ensure you get some sun on a daily basis. With solar activity at rock bottom, direct sunshine can help a lot with the mood swings.

UPDATE: Buildup to second lunar eclipse this cycle is a great time to clear up old baggage and focus your ADVANCEMENT on 2-3 priorities you've set last new moon.

The new moon energy won't be as strong as the Blood Eclipse a couple of weeks ago. Is more dangerous re wasting time because planets in retrograde and people exhausted from the cycle already.
